The City of Cottage Grove is a growing community that prides itself on a high level of service
to its residents. To ensure that we maintain the quality of services that the residents of the City have come to
expect, we need qualified people to help us fulfill this expectation.
The City of Cottage Grove has approximately 130 full- and part-time employees. In addition, there
are approximately 55 paid-on-call firefighters and numerous seasonal and temporary staff in a variety of areas.
Cottage Grove accepts applications for open positions only. Current openings are advertised on
