Nieman House 7380 Lamar Ave. (Old Cottage Grove)
Built in the 1880's, this noteworthy specimen of Late Victorian cottage architecture features a picturesque façade dominated by a massive Gothic arched gable decorated with sawn wooden shingles in a distinctive sawtooth pattern.
