Shepard House 8946 - 70th St.
Designed by the important St. Paul architect Thomas Holyoke, with hardware provided by master metalsmith Samuel Yelland of Philadelphia, this secluded Colonial Revival style country house was built in 1920 for St. Paul businessman Roger B. Shepard.
