Miller House
7230 Lamar Ave. (Old Cottage Grove)
This old village residence is a notable example of the vernacular Gabled Ell cottage style that
dominated rural architecture during the second half of the 19th century. Recently restored, it is conservatively
estimated to date from circa 1915, but may be a generation older.
