Hamlet is Cottage Grove's largest park with over 150 acres of park and open space. It is home to one of Cottage Grove's most beautiful trail systems.  Along the 2+ mile trailway you'll see nature at its finest by weaving through ponds, waterways, woods and grasses.  Hamlet Park is also home to 5 baseball fields, 3 soccer fields, 2 tennis courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 sand volleyball courts, a skateboard park and ice skating rinks.  The building, a picnic shelter, several picnic tables, grills, and a play structure make Hamlet Park the perfect park to rent for large group gatherings.

This park's name originated from nearby Hamlet Road.
