Job Opportunities - Temporary & Seasonal

After School Youth Program Leaders

The City of Cottage Grove is hiring two recreation leaders to coordinate our after-school program held at Woodlands Rec Center, but serves several multi-family housing complexes and the surrounding community. The minimum age for applicants is 17 years old. Applicants should have a broad knowledge of games, sports, arts and creative craft skills. Must be able to work well with children and should possess good leadership skills. Basic first-aid and CPR certifications are desirable. Application deadline: September 26, 2008 or until filled. The rate of pay is $8.25-$9.25 per hour. Start date: October 20, 2008. End date: April 20, 2009. Hours: Monday through Thursday – 4:00-8:00 p.m. Applications are available at Cottage Grove City Hall or by clicking here.
