Bench and Tree Sponsorships

Benches, trees, waste receptacles, gardens and kiosks are all items that can be sponsored by individuals or businesses.   They are a wonderful way to remember a loved one or special memory.  Please follow this link for a brochure describing the benefits and procedure, as well as other ways you can get involved in your city!

Adopt A Park

The City of Cottage Grove is currently searching for local organizations to participate in its Adopt-A-Park Program. Organizations may consist of families, neighborhoods, companies, student groups and/or any other organized group looking for community service. Specific dates and times are entirely up to the individual organizations. However, we do ask participants to coordinate a spring and fall clean up effort to ensure that our parks are visually attractive to its users throughout the year. The City will provide trash bags and safety vests (if needed) to your organization. A simple phone call to our Public Works crew will help to coordinate the delivery of supplies and pick up of debris. Below is a list of the parks with their sponsoring organizations.
