Ice Arena
The Cottage Grove Ice Arena is owned and operated by the
City of Cottage Grove. The mission of the Cottage Grove Ice Arena is to provide a clean, safe and well-maintained recreation facility that serves the hockey, figure skating and recreational skating needs of the community. The arena features a full sized hockey rink and a smaller studio rink which allows for simultaneous
programming of different events. The facility is operated year-round.

Directions to the Cottage Grove Ice Arena
To get to the Ice Arena from the metro area, you would take either 94 or 494 to get to Highway 61 and go south on 61. From 494 it's
about 3 miles. Take the first exit for Cottage Grove, which is labeled "80th Street and Grange". Take a left at
the top of the ramp. The arena is about a mile and a half up the hill on the left hand side of the street, next
to Park Senior High School. Take the second left into the school parking lot, and back-track to the ice arena.
Parking
Parking is shared with other Park High School Activities. There are approximately 377 "prime parking" spaces north and east of the ice arena (less than 900 feet away from front door). There is an additional 400 parking spaces on the east side of the high school and activity center (approximately 900 to 1100 feet away from front door) which can also be used as needed. A third "overflow" parking lot option is located at Crestview Elementary (800 to 1100 feet away from front door) but does not have a paved access to the building. School is in session from 7am to 2pm Monday through Friday.
ICE ARENA WILL BE CLOSED MAY 5 THROUGH JUNE 29, 2008 FOR CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. OFFICE HOURS DURING THIS TIME WILL BE 7AM TO 4:30PM.
