Tiny Tot Time - 2-3 year olds
Tiny Tot Time is a great way to introduce your child to others their age and still have the security of having mom, dad or a caregiver there. Each week will include a simple craft project, singing songs, story time and free time on the playground. There are two options for this class; Monday/Wednesday is for those children who will be accompanied by a parent/caregiver while the Tuesday/Thursday class is for those accompanied by a grandparent/older adult. This format offers adults to connect with others their age and our staff to provide an adequate amount of direction and assistance. The maximum class size is 8; this will allow our staff to assist everyone.

Tot Time - 3-5 year olds
Each week youth will be able to build relationships with others their age and make friends. We guarantee that your child will learn silly songs, create plenty of crafts to cover the refrigerator, come home tired from playing games, listen to kid-friendly stories, and enjoy a snack brought from home with their friends. This program meets Monday through Thursday. This is a great way to start parent/child separation and get your child ready for Kindergarten. Class will take place rain or shine inside Woodridge Park. Our program will not be cancelled due to hot weather; we will however adapt all activities. Each child should bring their own snack and water bottle each day. Tot Timers must be potty trained or able to use a pull-up on their own. Participants may register by week, but registering for all 6 weeks at a discounted rate is suggested. The maximum class size is 18.

Active Gamers & Nature Explorers - 4-5 year olds
We are excited to offer two new programs this summer for our older tots. The first class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays and will focus on cooperative and athletic games; exercising those muscles and releasing their energy. Participants must wear tennis shoes and bring a bottle of water. Although the majority of this program will take place outside; we will adapt our activities for inside depending on weather conditions. The second new class we are going to offer is for those more interested in nature and science; exploring the woods and pond that are in Woodridge Park. Special guest speakers include the Parks Department Manager, and the City Forester. This is a great chance to see nature up close and personal during the summer months.
