Wag Farms Park Rules
1. Park open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
2. No consumption of alcoholic beverages in parking lot.
3. Glass is not allowed in park facility
4. No motorized vehicles on park property except for emergency and maintenance.
5. Pets must be under full control of owner.
6. Owner must properly dispose of pet waste into trash receptacles provided.
7. No golfing. |

Wag Farms Dog Park
Park Address: 9475 Glendenning Road
The WAG Farms Dog Park is a great addition to the Cottage Grove municipal park system. Dog owners are now able to bring dogs of all size to this park to allow both dogs and owners to exercise and socialize in a beautiful setting. The park offers a variety of landscapes such as woodlands, grasslands and a pond. Fencing has been constructed in a manner in which dog owners have the ability to separate large and small dogs to assure all dogs have a safe and enjoyable place to play. Although it is titled an “off-leash” dog park, all owners will be required to have full control of their dogs at all times. A leash will be required for dogs which cannot be controlled verbally by the owner. Owners are also responsible for picking up all dog feces and placing in designated receptacles.
The park is operated primarily by the CG WAG Farms Dog Park Association. This group of volunteers is charged with maintaining the rules and property of the dog park. This park has been a great collaborative effort between multiple community groups. Without the generous lease from WAG Farms the land would not be available for this city amenity. The CG WAG Farms Dog Association has and will donate countless volunteer hours to make this project a reality. The City of Cottage Grove thanks all groups involved in giving Cottage Grove its very own municipal off-leash dog park!
