Household Hazardous Waste

Take hazardous waste to the Washington County Household Hazardous Waste Facility and Reuse Room located at the City of Oakdale Public Works building (1900 North Hadley Avenue). The facility is open year-round.
Tuesday: 12:00 Noon - 7:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

The facility is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, and other major holidays.

Public Works sponsers a spring and fall Hazardous Waste Collection day throughout the year.  Typically, the first Saturday in May and second Saturday in October.

Washington County is holding a spring cleanup/hazardous waste collection day at the Cottage Grove Public Works Facility Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Fall Hazardous Waste Collection Day
Washington County is holding a hazardous waste collection day at the Cottage Grove Public Works Facility Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
