Ravine Parkway Project
City Council authorized the preparation of a feasibility report for the Ravine Parkway Project from Hinton Avenue South (County Highway 13) to Keats Avenue South (County Highway 19).

City Council authorized the application for funds through the Local Road Improvement Program for the 2017 Ravine Parkway Project.

Amended Maintenance Agreement for County Highway 19 and East Point Douglas Road Roundabout
City Council approved the amended maintenance agreement between Washington County and the City of Cottage Grove for maintenance of the roundabout at the intersection of County Highway 19 and East Point Douglas Road South.

County Highway 19 and East Point Douglas Road Improvements Project
A public hearing was held on the County Road 19 and East Point Douglas Road Improvements project. After closing the public hearing, City Council adopted the assessment roll for the project.

Well No. 12 Pumping Facility Bid Award
City Council awarded the bid for the Well No. 12 Pumping Facility to Municipal Buildings, Inc. in the amount of $1,569,840.  Five bids were received and Municipal Buildings, Inc. was the low responsive, responsible bidder.

Park Dedication Fee Ordinance Amendment
A workshop was held to discuss the proposed Ordinance 987 amendment to City Code Title 10-4-3 to provide specific dollar values for minimum park dedication cash fees in lieu of park land for residential, commercial and industrial uses.  No action was taken by City Council.

2018-2022 Capital Improvements Program (CIP)
The 2018-2022 CIP was presented and discussed at a workshop. The CIP will be brought before Council in January. No action was taken by City Council at the workshop.
