Live Music in Kingston Park for "Make Music Day"

6:00-6:30pm FREE Blues for kids harmonica workshop. For all ages, any skill level, the frist 20 kids will receive a free harmonica and learn how to play and improvise a 12 bar blues progression!

Open Mic: 6:30-8:00pm
Come sign up to perform - all styles, all ages, all skill levels - and stop by to listen!
With performances by local musicians Joey Flip and Tim Cheesebrow

The stage will be set with the following equipment, available for use by all:
Acoustic Guitar
Microphones and PA
Music stands

Need some performing ideas? How about a drum circle, karaoke, accordion solo, cello duet, vocal trio, piano solo, rock band, church choir, bluegrass band, recorder consort, bagpipes and drums, koto solo, pep band, slide whistle and nose flute brigade...?

Make Music is a free celebration of music around the world on June 21st. Launched in 1982 in France as the Fête de la Musique, it is now held on the same day in more than 700 cities in 120 countries. More info on
