Splash Pad at Highlands Park
NOTE: Beginning May 23, a temporary watering ban is in place for Cottage Grove residents. The water is safe to drink; the ban is in place due to a capacity issue. Read more about the watering ban here: Cottage Grove Watering Ban/City Water is Safe to Drink; Water Compliant with All MDH Health-Based Values and Temporary
UPDATE: The Splash Pad will reopen on Tuesday, Aug. 1, which is the day the watering ban will be lifted (with odd/even and time-of-day watering restrictions). Hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. These hours are an effort to continue water conservation after the watering ban is lifted.
Until the watering ban is lifted on August 1, the Splash Pad will remain closed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
A Splash Pad is a playground that sprays water that constantly drains so there is never any water depth. Cost is free. Parents feel free to bring a chair to sit on.
